We designed the OXO Good Grips Precision Handheld Mandoline to deliver big performance in a space-saving design. With five slicing options—julienne, thin, medium, thick and extra thick—it handles everything from crunchy carrots to chunky aubergine with ease.

The adjustable food holder keeps fingers safe while helping you slice smoothly and evenly. When you’re done, it tucks neatly under the base for compact storage. A clear slicing runway lets you keep an eye on your progress, while the non-slip handle and base help everything stay steady.

Switching between settings is simple, thanks to the sliding tab on the side. And when slicing’s finished, just set it to zero to safely lock the blade. Dishwasher safe for quick clean-ups.
