Delivery and Returns
To check on the status of your order, please login to My Account. If you do not have an account, contact OXO's customer service department. Please have your order number available.
OXO UK ships within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, the Channel Islands nor outside of the UK.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will not be processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
We accept all cards with the Mastercard or Visa symbol. If the payment is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order conformation to you email. Your card will be debited when your order is shipped. If you return any items, the balance will then be refunded onto your card.

1. You have the right to return an item to us within 14 days of purchase2. You should still contact us first either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 0114 242 72953. Please have your order number ready4. Our customer service team will take details from you and arrange for a returns label to be sent to you either via email or post.5. We ask that you package the item being returned securely and attach the returns label to the outside; the product needs to be in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.6. Please take your item to the post office and request proof of postage. Without this we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post.7. If the goods are unwanted as opposed to faulty, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.8. All refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of the item being received at our warehouse.
