To check on the status of your order, please login to My Account. If you do not have an account, contact OXO's customer service department. Please have your order number available.

Shipping Policy

OXO UK ships within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, the Channel Islands nor outside of the UK.

Standard Delivery

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will not be processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Payment

We accept all cards with the Mastercard or Visa symbol. If the payment is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order conformation to you email. Your card will be debited when your order is shipped. If you return any items, the balance will then be refunded onto your card.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order from www.oxouk.com, however if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund. All returns must be in their original, unused condition

Faulty Products
If you think your product may be faulty, please contact our customer service team by email at customer.services@oxouk.com or telephone 0114 242 7295 with full details and we will be happy to sort out a replacement for you as soon as we can. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Returning Unused and Unwanted Orders by Mail

1. You have the right to return an item to us within 14 days of purchase
2. You should still contact us first either by email customer.services@oxouk.com or telephone 0114 242 7295
3. Please have your order number ready
4. Our customer service team will take details from you and arrange for a returns label to be sent to you either via email or post.
5. We ask that you package the item being returned securely and attach the returns label to the outside; the product needs to be in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.
6. Please take your item to the post office and request proof of postage. Without this we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post.
7. If the goods are unwanted as opposed to faulty, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
8. All refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of the item being received at our warehouse.

If you are located outside of the UK and are interested in OXO products, please contact your local OXO distributor. Please note that some of the products presented on this website might not be available in your country.
