To check on the status of your order, please login to My Account. If you do not have an account, contact OXO's customer service department. Please have your order number available.

Shipping Policy

OXO UK ships within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, the Channel Islands nor outside of the UK.

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Dates

For guaranteed delivery for Christmas, Standard Delivery orders must be placed by Tuesday 18th December. Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 2pm on Thursday 20th December.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will not be processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Payment

We accept all cards with the Mastercard or Visa symbol. If the payment is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order conformation to you email. Your card will be debited when your order is shipped. If you return any items, the balance will then be refunded onto your card.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order from www.oxouk.com, however if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund. All returns must be in their original, unused condition

Faulty Products
If you think your product may be faulty, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or telephone 0114 242 7295 with full details and we will be happy to sort out a replacement for you as soon as we can. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Returning Unused and Unwanted Orders by Mail

1. Prepare your return and apply the printed returns label to your parcel.

2. Take your return to a DHL Service Point: https://parcel.dhl.co.uk/dhl-service-point/find-your-nearest/

3. You can track your parcel at www.DHL.co.uk

4. Once the parcel has been received by OXO and inspected please allow 5 working days for the refund to be applied.
